Amy Perez Friedlander. Age 46. Born April 30, 1965. Deceased October 18, 2011.
Amy Perez, graduated cum laude from Cornell University and received an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. She is a former vice president of Chase Manhattan bank and had just started a tutoring business—John Jay College Prep in the community of Westchester, New York.
For the past six years, Amy has worked with students in both one-on-one and classroom environments to prepare them for the verbal sections of the SAT and ACT, and has earned a reputation as a highly effective, caring and motivating tutor who students truly enjoyed working with.
Also deceased her two children Molly, age 10. Gregory, age 8. Husband Sam age 50.

That is exactly what I remember about her as well. She was always so sweet. God be with Jill and the rest of Amy's family. What a horrific tragedy! I am so shocked and so saddened by this.

It was a shock to learn about the tragic deaths of Amy and her children at the hands of her husband. I'll remember her as a very bright and motivated student, a fashionable dresser and a hard worker. Does anyone have an address to send condolences to her parents and sister?

June - thank you for the funeral information. When I read the article online yesterday about this NY tragedy, I had no idea it was Amy. Thanks to Pat Welsh for keeping all of us informed, even in tragic times.
